What to get in touch about
Corrections. If something on this site is wrong, say so and it will be checked and fixed. Specifics help: which guide, which line, and what the right answer is.
Topic requests. If there is a shade, shape, technique, or problem you cannot find a straight answer to anywhere, it is worth asking. A lot of the guides here started as exactly that question.
Privacy and data requests. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to unsubscribe, are handled here. See the privacy policy for what is collected and what your rights are.
Brands and PR. Product enquiries are read, and the answer to the usual question is no: coverage is not for sale and nothing is guaranteed a mention. How that works is set out on the affiliate disclosure page.
What this site cannot help with
Anything medical. If a nail is painful, swollen, separating from the nail bed, changing colour, thickening, or crumbling, that needs a doctor rather than a nail blog. The brittle nails guide covers where that line sits.
